Some of my Favourite Book Quotes

There are quotes that stay with you forever. Either because you identify yourself with them, or because they melt your heart or just because they are incredibly funny.

Here are some of my favourite book quotes:

“Be glad of your human heart, Feyre. Pity those who don’t feel anything at all.”

“Put a man in a room for a hundred years with a thousand books, and he’ll know a million truths. Put him in a room for a year with silence, and he’ll know himself.”

“I am a descendant of Ranthia Drahl, Queen of Embers. She is with me now and I am not afraid. My friends are behind me, and I will protect them.”

“I’ll love you until there’s no breath left in my lungs, Olivia Taylor.” He locates my hand and brings my diamond to his lips. “For eternity.”

Ishake my head middly. “It’s not long enough.”

“Then beyond that, too,” he whispers.”

“It stops here. With me and you. It ends with us.”

“I know that grief, like regret, settles into our DNA and remains forever a part of us.”

‘The first dance for the first woman I knew, the last one for the last. You may not have been the first woman in my life, Miss Linton – but I promise you, you will be the last. There won’t be anyone else as long as I live.’

“I love you. There is no limit to what I can give to you, no time I need. Even when this world is forgotten whisper of dust between the stars, I will love you.”

“Our love is stronger than time, greater than any distance. Our love spans across stars and worlds. I will find you again, I promise.”

“Um, sir?” Finian de Seel says. “We might have a problem.” “You mean aside from you interrupting my speech? Because I’d been practicing it in my head for an hour and it was gonna be great.”

What are yours?
